Beautiful views: We are a Switzerland-wide leading and family-run rehabilitation clinic located in Oberried am Brienzersee with 49 beds, best medical infrastructure and a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation. For our nursing management, we are looking for a committed personality as Co-Deputy Head of Nursing. You will undertake this function together with a second Co-Deputy Head - with clearly separated areas of responsibility, but mutual representation during absences. In this way, you will jointly ensure continuity in the leadership of the nursing area and support the nursing management in its varied leadership task. Co-Deputy Head of Nursing 80-100 % Your tasks • You support the nursing management in leadership and represent them together with your Co-Deputy colleague during absences. • You are responsible for the ward organization of the clinic with approx. 40 employees in your area of responsibility. • As a competent contact person for the nursing staff, you ensure high quality of care together with the team. • You promote and control the interdisciplinary cooperation with the doctors, the therapists and the administration as well as other departments. • You work directly in nursing and participate in various projects and working groups. • You actively help shape change and development processes within the institution. We are looking for a person who thinks along and takes action with heart and mind. Your profile • Degree as a dipl.
