What you bring ## • Professional management of the community of Precaution and Finances market managers of Helvetia • Responsibility at the Swiss level for the training of Precaution and Finances market managers of the general agencies • Development, development and implementation of training concepts • Conducting training sessions and seminars in German-speaking Switzerland as well as in French-speaking Switzerland • Accompanying Precaution and Finances market managers on a case-by-case basis during customer interviews to ensure quality and promote development • Ensuring the interface between sales and other areas of the company • Coaching for the professional and personal development of Precaution and Finances market managers • You accompany, encourage and stimulate the group of Precaution and Finances market managers • Accompanying recruitment processes and conducting assessments Your profile ## • Bilingual French-Italian, with strong expertise in the insurance and precaution sector • Solid training in finance and precaution (minimum AFA or federal certificate), ideally completed by a federal certificate in adult education • Proactive and flexible personality, able to take on challenges and manage multiple priorities thanks to excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication skills and developed social skills: active listening, empathy, negotiation, collaborative leadership and customer and partner relationship management • Agile in the use of new training technologies and digital tools to optimize learning and team development • Confirmed experience in sales and team leadership • Available for professional trips in Switzerland (50-70%).
