For a rehabilitation clinic in the Oberland bernois, we are looking for a deputy head of nursing (60-100 %). In collaboration with a second deputy head, you support and represent the nursing management. The areas of responsibility are clearly divided

Your tasks with the new employer

• Support and represent the nursing management with the second co-deputy head
• Take responsibility for the organization of the units with approximately 40 employees in your area of competence
• Promote the quality of care and interdisciplinary collaboration with the various specialized departments
• Continue to work in care and participate in projects as well as development processes

You offer your new employer

• Diploma as a professional in nursing HF as well as experience in acute and long-term care
• Management experience desired as well as high professional, social, and managerial competence
• Appreciative and team-oriented leadership style as well as a reliable and resilient way of working
• Good knowledge of German in spoken and written form as well as good ICT skills
