• Prepare the organization and part of the content of international conferences and participate in them (partly virtually)
• Coordinate the Swiss delegation at international climate negotiations
• Support Switzerland in drafting its position for international negotiations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study
• Analytical thinking skills, rapid comprehension, and interest in international environmental diplomacy
• Organizational talent, flexibility, high resilience, pragmatic and reliable way of working
• Active knowledge of a second official language and fluency in English
