Your mission

Estimation 70%

• Prepare tenders and price offers
• Analyze tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations
• Consult and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop technical variants and optimize costs

Civil Engineering Technician 30%

• Technical and administrative monitoring of construction sites
• Coordination with clients, works management and partners
• Participation in site meetings
• Monitoring work progress and compliance with deadlines
• Support to field teams

Profile ###

Your profile

• ES Technician training, works manager, engineer
• Equivalent experience deemed in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in tender calculation and works management
• Very good knowledge of the Vaud region
• Perfect mastery of standard IT tools as well as MS Project, Baubit and Autocad
• Sense of organization and responsibility
• Team spirit, autonomy and rigor
