The Pflegeheim Alberti of Spital Davos AG with 16 beds will be transferred to Zentrum Guggerbach in the 1st quarter of 2028. As Head of Nursing Department in Zentrum Guggerbach, you will successively also take over the management of Pflegeheim Alberti from 2027 and actively participate in the responsibility for the transfer process.

As a regional hospital/acute care hospital with emergency services, nursing home, and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. Head of Nursing Department Zentrum Guggerbach with Project Mandate for the Transfer of Pflegeheim Alberti ##

in full-time or part-time, starting autumn 2026 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the nursing area I for 40 residents in Zentrum Guggerbach with all associated tasks
• Co-responsibility and co-design of the process for the transfer of Pflegeheim Alberti to Zentrum Guggerbach as of the 1st quarter of 2028, close cooperation and coordination with the hospital and center managements, the affected employees, residents, and relatives
• Taking over the professional and organizational management of Pflegeheim Alberti and leading an established team of around twelve employees from 2027 until the transfer

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/DNI)
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in the long-term care sector
• Future-oriented way of thinking and acting, desire to think along, develop further, and shape things
• High social and self-competence, loyal and team-oriented personality, flexibility, and resilience
• Good PC user skills
