• Several years of experience in managing construction projects, ideally in structural or civil engineering
• Structural draftsman with practical experience in the field of structural engineering
• Construction technician HF/TS, construction manager HF/TS or architect FH
• Construction management experience as well as training/further education in Switzerland
• Fluent German in speaking and writing
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, organizational skills and assertiveness
• Driving license class B

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Cost planning (Messerli BauAD)
• Tendering and awarding processes (Messerli BauAD)
• Order and contract management, acceptance of works and warranties, reporting as well as project administration
• Coordination and implementation of work on the construction site
• Close cooperation with architects, specialist planners and contractors
• Responsibility for the acceptance of construction services and defect management
