Your tasks

• Responsibility for the operational procurement process
• Recording and processing of orders for stock and consignment goods in SAP
• Monitoring and tracking of order confirmations
• Schedule management for ongoing orders
• Clarifications with suppliers in case of incorrect deliveries, delivery backlogs, damages and returns
• Collaboration in invoice and credit note control
• Implementation of the central purchasing strategy according to specifications

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or further training in the field of logistics/procurement
• Structured, precise and independent way of working
• Flair for numbers and processes
• Experience in purchasing or knowledge of the sanitary industry is an advantage
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, SAP MM)
• Proficient German in spoken and written form, good oral French skills
