Tasks to be performed:

• Support and advice for customers by telephone
• Quotation and order management using ERP Abacus SVM
• Follow-up of quotations
• Organization and dispatching of lift and employee assignments
• Operational coordination of dispatching with all locations
• Clarification of device availability
• Clarifications with authorities, construction, trade, and traffic police
• Adherence to and ensuring of processes
• Recording and forwarding of customer reactions

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, business school, or training as a technical clerk
• Training in a technical discipline (painter, electrical fitter, tinsmith, etc.) is an advantage
• Very high customer and service orientation
• Solution-oriented and rapid way of thinking and acting
• Very high sense of quality and responsibility
• High resilience and ability to concentrate
• Spatial reasoning skills
• Very good German skills m/f (native level), French skills are an advantage (DELF A1-A4)
• Proficient user knowledge in common MS Office programs, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
