For an established fashion store in the Pizol region, we are looking for a committed and strong-leadership personality.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational management of the branch
• Leadership, shift planning, and motivation of the sales team
• Active customer advisory and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Inventory management, presentation of collections, and cash closing
• Achieving sales targets as well as implementation of sales promotions

Your profile:

• Experience in retail, ideally in the fashion sector
• Initial leadership experience or a clear willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong-selling, communicative, and reliable personality
• Joy in fashion, trends, and direct customer contact
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays
