Plant Operator in 3-4 shift operation (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a machine operator for our customer, a well-known company in the Hochdorf (LU) region, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Control and troubleshooting of semi- and fully automated assembly systems.
• Ensuring product quality through consistent implementation of quality controls according to the test plan.
• Compliance with purity standards through professional cleaning of the systems and the working environment.
• GMP-compliant documentation of order processing, including maintaining production dossiers and event logs.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Experience: You have many years of professional experience as a machine operator, ideally in plastics processing (incl. automation).
• Expertise: Cleanroom experience as well as basic PC skills round off your profile.
• Languages: You have very good German skills in speaking and writing (mandatory for documentation).
• Working style: An exact, independent way of working as well as a quick comprehension characterize you.
• Flexibility: You bring experience in 3-shift operation and are ready to work in a 4-shift model.
• Physical: You are physically resilient and appreciate working in a team.
