Due to our constant growth, we are looking now or by agreement for our club in Altdorf for a passionate and sporty trainee with the objective of training as Gym Manager (m/f/d) at 100%

Your entry at PureGym

In this training role, you bring your management experience as well as your basic knowledge in business administration, you work actively within the club and deepen your understanding of our operational and management processes. The training takes place in a dual system - in collaboration with our external training partner. Most of your training takes place directly at PureGym in the club, where you learn the practice from A to Z. Your goal is to progressively take on responsibilities - up to the management of a club.

Your role includes the following activities and responsibilities:

• You accompany and support our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout
• You monitor all areas of the club and ensure that all quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness and health protection are always respected
• You regularly inform yourself about PureGym news and market developments and support your/your Gym Manager in the development and execution of plans so that your club can establish itself on the market
• You regularly lead live group fitness classes and help with the planning and introduction of new class programs

What you bring:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have excellent knowledge of German and English (at least B2), other languages are a plus
• You already have management experience in the service or retail sector - ideally, but not necessarily, in the fitness field - and have corresponding training in this field.
• You are interested in economic relations and master Excel with confidence.
• You have a strong affinity for sport, fitness, health and sales
• You have a great sense of responsibility and are ready to take on delegated gym management tasks in the future
• You enjoy contact with customers and like working with people
• You are motivated to take on new responsibilities
• You are autonomous and like working in a team
