Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF as Residential Area Manager 100% ## Your tasks ## • Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of a nursing team with around 15 employees • Participation in the recruitment of new employees as well as responsibility for their induction • Ensuring optimal nursing and care quality for 16 residents, based on the nursing concept • Planning, coordination and organization of the processes in daily activities • Responsible for duty roster design • Ensuring compliance with nursing processes as well as legal, professional and internal standards and specifications • Support and coaching of employees, role model function and motivation of the team • Contact person for residents and their relatives • Contact person for internal and external bodies as well as doctors • Creation and ensuring of seamless nursing documentation • Participation in the further development of nursing quality and processes • Cooperation with other residential area managers, the nursing management, the management and interprofessional teams • Participation in meetings of the nursing leadership team • Conduct of team meetings, employee appraisals as well as qualifications • Approximate distribution of tasks: 80 % nursing at the bedside / 20 % leadership and administration tasks What you bring with you ## • Training as dipl.
