for the execution and detail planning of new buildings and conversions (historical building fabric), the development of diverse forms of living and commercial spaces, as well as the preparation of color and material concepts with a focus on the application of natural building materials.

Your requirement profile:

You have several years of practical experience in the execution planning of sophisticated projects in Switzerland.
You show a high interest in architectural and structural engineering issues and possess the ability to implement design ideas technically and constructively with a high degree of detail skillfully and precisely.
Additionally, you confidently handle execution planning from scale 1:50 down to detail 1:1.
You are reliable, enjoy working in a team, and have a high level of commitment.
You are proficient in written and spoken German.
Handling profession-specific CAD applications is a matter of course for you (preferably VectorWorks 2- & 3-D).
You possess good user knowledge of the Office programs Word and Excel, as well as construction administration (preferably Messerli) in the area of tendering (training possible if necessary).

Your tasks:

In cooperation with the project management, you create the necessary project plans in 2- and 3-D, building applications, as well as the corresponding working and detail plans.
You support the project & construction management with cost and schedule planning, tendering, as well as the execution of the construction projects.
