Team Leader Ventilation/Air Conditioning

You will lead a team and be responsible for the planning, design, and realization of sophisticated ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Tasks

• Planning, design, and realization of sophisticated systems in the field of ventilation and air conditioning
• Responsible for quality, deadline, and cost-compliant project execution
• Acquisition of new construction projects as well as maintenance of customer, architect, and supplier relationships
• Use of latest findings from research and development regarding materials, products, and processes
• Execution of orders and creation of an appropriate handover for the assembly team
• Participation in construction meetings
• Team leadership

Profile

• Training as a Building Services Planner specializing in ventilation
• Further training in the field of building services technology is an advantage
• Several years of experience in planning and execution of projects in the HVAC sector
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Very good German skills
• Very good MS 365 skills, CAD and SAP skills are an advantage
