Your areas of responsibility:

you handle the entire order processing very seriously, friendly, and efficiently
Our customers are competently advised and cared for by you in the sense of a service provider
you support the care and continuous further development of our in-house AI tool for the automation of order entry
through the performance of various organizational and administrative tasks, you actively support our sales team
you meet complaints with openness, resolve them with high competence, and view them as an opportunity for improvement
the creation of collection orders and credit notes is just as much a part of your daily tasks as the maintenance and care of master data
Your profile: You have a commercial basic education and bring professional experience in order management. The joy of telephone customer contact makes daily challenges easier for you and brings you moments of happiness. As an independent and highly resilient personality, you have a service- and team-oriented way of working and good social competence. If you also bring stylish German, very good language skills (Italian & English an advantage) as well as confidence in the use of current IT and ERP knowledge, then you fit with us.
Your perspectives: The challenge awaits you to grow in daily tasks and gain competence in a dynamic environment. You work in close cooperation with the departments of Inside Sales, Production, and Logistics and report directly to the Head of Order Management. Work location: is at our headquarters in Stetten/AG. We look for the best employees Switzerland-wide and, after successful induction (and in consultation with the team), also offer you the possibility to work day-wise in the home office or in our offices in Egg/ZH or Belp/BE.
