At various locations as well as in Spitex, people are cared for and accompanied individually. For the further development of Palliative Care, a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH 60–100 % is sought, who brings their expertise both directly into nursing and in the specialist support of the teams.

Your tasks at the new employer

• Advise and accompany nursing teams in palliative and complex care situations and support them in specialist assessments and decisions
• Bring your expertise directly to residents and clients and also support practically in nursing if required
• Continuously further develop the existing Palliative Care culture and the associated concept
• Strengthen the specialist competence of the employees and promote the exchange with the nursing expert as well as other involved specialists

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH as well as experience in long-term care
• Further training in Palliative Care at CAS level or the readiness to complete this
• Several years of professional experience and sound specialist competence in the field of Palliative Care
• Joy in combining direct nursing, specialist counseling and conceptual tasks
