You analyze and optimize end-to-end processes, data flows, and system landscapes in the environment of customer, contract, and product data. You identify potential for improvement, develop sustainable solution approaches, and create decision-making bases for the further development of the data and process landscape. Tasks: • Analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes, data flows, and system dependencies • Analysis and improvement of customer, contract, and product master data • Elaboration of requirements, process models, and decision templates • Identification of optimization potential in data storage, integration, and automation • Moderation of workshops and collaboration with business departments, IT, and management. Agile team of 12 DevOps employees (8 developers, 4 Business Engineers).
