For our inpatient maternity ward Maternité with a small neonatology area, 19 beds and over 800 births annually, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson or midwife as support for our interdisciplinary team.

YOUR TASKS ##

• You are responsible for individual and family-centered care and support of postpartum women and their newborns
• You support and advise the parents during their start as a family, regarding nutrition as well as the care of newborns and promote the mother-father-child relationship
• The care of premature babies and sick newborns from the 35th week of pregnancy in our small neonatology area is also part of your tasks, as well as the holistic and individual care of patients with gynecological and surgical minor procedures
• In addition, you help with the supervision of apprentices and students in their training
• A high quality of care, safety, and customer satisfaction are important concerns for us

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH) or midwife
• Several years of experience in the field of postpartum care and/or in the care of newborns
• Holistic care as well as individual care and advice brings you joy and you are characterized by high flexibility
• Through your socially competent, committed, and resilient personality, you are an asset to our team
