As part of the reinforcement of the Supply Chain teams of our client, an industrial player recognized for its expertise and its level of high standards, we are looking for a Production Scheduler / Planner 100% M/F/X.

Planner

Reporting to the Planning Manager and the Supply Chain Manager, you play a central role in the industrial performance of the site. A true conductor of production flows, you ensure consistency between customer needs, production capacities, and the company's operational objectives.

In this capacity, you actively participate in the steering of the Industrial and Commercial Plan (ICP), the development of production plans, and the continuous optimization of planning tools and processes.

Your responsibilities
--------------------

• Contribute to the development and monitoring of the production ICP.
• Construct and adjust short and medium-term production plans based on loads and capacities.
• Guarantee adherence to established plans and anticipate any potential deviations.
• Schedule production lines and ensure the launch and monitoring of manufacturing orders.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing deadlines and commitments made to customers.
• Configure, maintain, and evolve planning data within the ERP.
• Develop and improve steering and requirement calculation tools.
• Manage performance indicators related to production.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Production, Methods, and Quality teams in order to guarantee the fluidity of operations.
• Be a driving force in continuous improvement and the optimization of planning processes.

The profile sought
--------------------

Holding a degree from a HES Engineer, EPFL, or equivalent training, you benefit from proven experience in a demanding industrial environment where planning and flow management occupy a strategic position.

You master ERP tools as well as the Microsoft Office suite, notably Excel. A good understanding of Supply Chain challenges and production management mechanisms constitutes a real asset.

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your excellent sense of organization, your rigor, and your ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment. Your analytical mind allows you to quickly identify priorities and propose pragmatic solutions.

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you enjoy cross-functional work and know how to bring different stakeholders together around common objectives. Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented, you demonstrate adaptability and composure in the face of unforeseen events.

A fluent level of French as well as a good command of English (minimum C1) are required to evolve in this international environment.
