The CABB Group is one of the leading companies in the manufacturing and development (CDMO) of custom active ingredients in the Crop Science sector. CABB also produces highly specialized ingredients for customers from the Life Science and Performance Materials industries. The company operates six production sites in Gersthofen and Knapsack (Germany), Pratteln (Switzerland), Kokkola (Finland), Jining (China) and Galena (USA). For our HR department in Pratteln/CH *we are looking for a:

HR Business Partner*, 90% (permanent)

Your tasks

• Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Independent recruitment of specialists and managers - from the job advertisement to the conclusion of the contract
• Accompanying and supporting employees during illness and accidents in close cooperation with the internal BGM specialist department as well as other internal and external contact persons.
• Advising and supporting managers in demanding personnel situations, conflicts and disciplinary measures
• Accompanying induction, exit and change processes within the assigned area of responsibility
• Ensuring and coordinating the administrative and organizational HR processes in cooperation with the responsible internal departments
• Active participation in the optimization and further development of HR processes and instruments
• Participation in HR projects as well as support for the HR management

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further training to HR Specialist with federal diploma or a completed degree with a focus on Human Resources
• 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and confidence in dealing with various personnel-related issues
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a strong hands-on mentality
• Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
