Contract: permanent

Start date: by arrangement

Tasks:

• Compliance with the required quality of products on the lines
• Independent action during the night shift, balance between responsibility and competencies
• Leadership and instruction of the employees in the night shift
• Personnel resource planning according to specifications and demand planning of the AVOR
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

• Experience in the food industry and initial leadership experience
• Willingness for permanent night shifts and weekend/holiday work
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking and good German skills
• High reliability, sense of duty and quick comprehension
