For our Mechanical Manufacturing, we are looking for a communicative and team-oriented personality as Team Leader CNC Turning (w/m/d) Your tasks Technical and disciplinary leadership of the turning team with approx. 10 employees Promotion and further development of the employees Resource planning of employees and production resources (turning, gear cutting, conventional machining) Qualitative and timely delivery of the required parts Responsible for detailed planning regarding deadlines and optimal machine utilization (24h operation, unmanned night shifts) Responsible for the continuous improvement of processes Leadership and active participation in projects to improve the area (production resources, organization) Responsibility for compliance with safety regulations and maintenance Support of employees in programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines Your profile You possess proven leadership experience You have a completed vocational apprenticeship as Polymechaniker/in EFZ or an equivalent technical basic training You have technical further training to HF or FH You bring several years of professional experience in the manufacturing of mechanical components on CNC turning machines You have experience in Lean Production You possess a strong customer orientation, solution-oriented action, as well as a structured way of working We offer You the chance to manufacture high-quality workpieces for our high-tech products in our excellent infrastructure together with your well-coordinated team.
