VZ is the leading independent financial service provider in Switzerland. We create transparency in the banking and insurance market and advise our customers comprehensively and neutrally. As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcement for our pension foundations in our branch in a central location in Bern.

What awaits you with us ##

• In pension fund administration, you will independently process varied business cases and participate in projects. The most common business cases are entries and exits of insured persons, home ownership withdrawals, buy-ins, retirements and various benefit cases.
• You will competently and independently support insured persons and other stakeholder groups in all administrative matters. As the first point of contact, you will ensure reliable, solution-oriented and customer-oriented processing of all concerns in day-to-day business.
• You are responsible for the invoicing of contributions and the processing of incoming payments. Additionally, you support the accounting department with the annual financial statements.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Interest in getting a foothold in the area of occupational pension schemes and an affinity for numbers
• Quick comprehension and motivation to learn new things
• Confident communication in German, good oral knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
• Enjoyment of a dynamic and service-oriented environment, reliable and exact way of working
