Technical Property Manager / Junior Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical management of a residential and/or commercial real estate portfolio.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, renovation, and repair work.
• Manage relations with tenants, owners, and service providers.
• Perform regular inspections of properties to guarantee their good condition.
• Prepare technical and budgetary reports for owners.
• Ensure the monitoring of maintenance contracts and legal obligations.
• Establishment of requests for quotes, vouchers, and work statements, claims management
• Carrying out move-in and move-out inspections, pre-inspections, and monitoring of work
• Collaboration in the technical supervision of buildings and in the monitoring of concierges
• Management and monitoring of budgets and invoices

Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent experience in the field of real estate or construction.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience in an administrative position indispensable
• Interest in administrative work as much as in building technology
• Driver's license / vehicle available
• Good command of IT tools (MS Office, real estate management software).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Knowledge of Swiss real estate regulations, an asset.
