You build long-term customer relationships and ensure a first-class atmosphere in the shop. You support customers with repair and service requests and act professionally and solution-oriented. You keep an overview of the warehouse and inventory and complete administrative tasks efficiently. You live and represent the Sunrise values - innovation, customer proximity and top service. YOUR SKILLS: You have completed training in retail, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia industry - or you are a motivated lateral entrant with sales flair. You are enthusiastic about technology, telecommunications and digital trends. Your passion for sales is palpable and your professional appearance makes you a real sales pro. You have fun interacting with people and the ability to quickly identify their needs. Thanks to your patience and technical understanding, you will become an everyday hero for our customers. You have very good German language skills, any additional language is a plus. You bring a large portion of flexibility, reliability and openness to a fast-paced industry.
