These tasks will inspire you

• Independent planning and implementation of projects in the area of Areas & Technology
• Accompanying conversion and expansion projects on the infrastructure (heating, ventilation, refrigeration, steam, water treatment, etc.)
• Active assistance in the evaluation, procurement, and commissioning of new systems
• Collaboration on productivity and process optimizations
• Monitoring of projects including cost controlling
• Implementation of energy and environmental projects
• Preparation of investment requests including economic efficiency calculations
• Planning and creation of layouts using CAD

We look forward to this profile

• Completed basic technical training
• Further education as a Technician TS / HF, Industrial Master, Maintenance Specialist or similar (in training or already completed) or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in building services technology is an advantage
• Project experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Good Office and CAD knowledge
• Independent, structured, goal-oriented, and exact way of working
• Team player with a high degree of social competence and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel approx. 10%
