ARCHITECT HES / EPF - PROJECT ORIENTATION ##

ris+partenaires architectes sa is an architecture firm located in Genève, composed of a team of about fifteen collaborators.

As part of the development of our activities and in order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced architect, who must imperatively have professional experience acquired in Switzerland.

The position is aimed at an autonomous and committed personality, wishing to involve themselves sustainably in the development of architectural projects, from their design to the execution phases, and to actively contribute to their architectural, constructive, and technical quality.

Missions ##

As part of various projects, you will notably be required to:

• develop architectural projects, from the preliminary design to the execution phases;
• elaborate and coordinate plans, sections, construction details, and execution files on ARCHICAD;
• participate in the development of architectural and technical solutions;
• ensure coordination with engineers, specialized consultants, companies, and other project partners;
• analyze and integrate technical, regulatory, and constructive constraints;
• participate in project meetings and, depending on the files, in site meetings and visits;
• ensure the architectural monitoring of projects during their realization;
• actively contribute to the architectural and constructive quality of the projects developed by the firm.

Profile ##

• Master's degree in architecture HES, EPF or equivalent training;
• professional experience in an architecture firm in Switzerland indispensable, ideally at least 3 years;
• excellent mastery of ARCHICAD, indispensable;
• good knowledge of the different phases of project development and the SIA phases;
• good mastery of SIA standards, constructive practices, and the Swiss regulatory context;
• technical and constructive knowledge;
• architectural sensitivity and attention to detail;
• ability to develop a project with rigor and autonomy;
• ability to coordinate the different stakeholders of a project;
• sense of organization, priorities, and responsibilities;
• spirit of initiative and ability to seek concrete solutions;
• very good mastery of French, both spoken and written;

Experience in site supervision is an asset.
