Buffet Employee 100%

For our Hotel Restaurant Vogelsang in Eich, we are looking for a reliable and independent female employee for our buffet.

Your tasks
Preparation and provision of cold and hot drinks
Preparation of coffee, tea and coffee specialties
Serving of wine, beer and spirits
Preparation of simple drinks and apéro drinks
Providing the drinks for service
Refilling and managing the beverage buffet
Empty bottle management
Assistance in the preparation of apéros and banquets
Cleaning and maintenance of the buffet area as well as the working equipment
Support of the service team if required

Your profile
Experience in gastronomy or in the buffet area is an advantage
Independent, reliable and clean way of working
Good German language skills
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Good organization and resilience
Willingness to work shifts in the evening as well as on weekends and public holidays
Willingness to work shifts with room hour
A private car is required, as our business is not sufficiently reachable by public transport
