Avera Consulting is an independent consulting firm based in Geneva, in the heart of the Swiss watchmaking arc. We support manufactures and luxury houses - watchmaking, jewelry - in mastering their digital chain, as a trusted third party, without ever selling licenses or integration. Missions ##

• Construction of commercial offers
• Canvassing and prospecting of SMEs and independent watchmaking and jewelry houses
• Design and management of targeted campaigns
• Field prospecting, company visits
• Animation of LinkedIn presence (writing and publishing posts)

Profile sought ##

• Student in Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or Sales (2nd/3rd year), type HEG, ESIG/CEC or HES
• Authorized to work in Switzerland (Swiss nationality, permit B, C or G)
• Personal vehicle indispensable (regular travel to prospects)
• Great capacity for autonomy - the team is very busy, you must be able to progress without constant supervision
• Comfortable with AI and new technologies (AI tools, automation, digital prospecting)
• Good interpersonal skills, sense of initiative
• Interest in the world of luxury, watchmaking or jewelry, a plus
• Fluent French and fluent English required
