Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent tertiary nursing education
• At least two years of professional experience in the psychiatric field (inpatient)
• Independent, responsible, and exact way of working
• High social competence and enjoyment of a lively working environment
• Quality awareness and professional appearance

Tasks ##

• Counseling and accompanying female and male clients of all ages with psychiatric diagnoses
• Carrying out needs assessments as well as accompanying therapeutic processes
• Cooperation with doctors, hospitals, as well as other specialist agencies
• Implementation of medically prescribed measures in the outpatient psychiatric environment
• Accompanying and supporting relatives
• Documentation and ensuring a professional nursing process
• Participation in the recovery offer together with specialized professionals
