As an HR administration specialist, you are the sympathetic flagship of our branch and the central hub for all HR matters of our temporary employees. Together with your female team colleague, you keep the HR administration running and ensure smooth processes. Among other things, these exciting tasks await you:

• Accident and sickness notifications: You ensure that all notifications are processed correctly and promptly.
• Keeping an eye on permits: You reliably monitor and control work permits.
• Correspondence: Whether email or letter - you communicate professionally and to the point.
• Master data maintenance: You always keep our systems up to date and clean.
• Dossier management: You record and archive all employee dossiers in a structured manner.
• Reception: You greet job seekers friendly and organize the registration forms.
• AHV notifications: You take care of all relevant notifications in a forward-looking manner.
• Child allowances: You efficiently apply for the corresponding benefits for our employees
