Your mission:

• Prospect, search for, and negotiate regional sales mandates
• Estimate real estate properties
• Identify client needs and expectations
• Manage and accompany clients during visits
• Finalize sales up to the signing at the notary

Your profile:

• Proven experience in the real estate sector
• Knowledge of the regional real estate market
• Very good network of contacts
• Dynamic, motivated, tenacious, and committed
• Excellent negotiator, you are creative in searching for solutions for clients
• Excellent command of French and Swiss-German
