Application Support Collaborator

Your main tasks

• Analyze, test, and process requests with precision
• Advise and assist clients regarding the applications used in pharmacies
• Implement new solutions
• Train, internally or externally, future users on new applications and support them during their first uses
• Guarantee a professional, efficient, and high-quality service to our clients

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC as a pharmacy assistant
• Proven experience in using the Tactil application (Front and Backoffice)
• A good command of Italian or German would be an asset
• Ability to analyze and synthesize
• Good management of stress and priorities
• Ability to listen and perceive client needs
• Team spirit
