Pflegeheim Bruggen is a modern nursing home, located in the west of the city of St. Gallen and offers 92 older people a family-like home with needs-based care and support across four departments.
We are looking for an engaged, independent and service-oriented

Nursing Specialist HF or FaGe

per immediately or by arrangement

These are your tasks -

• Responsibility for professional and holistic care and support of our female and male residents
• Ensuring individual, needs-oriented and resource-promoting care
• Implementation and monitoring of nursing and medical measures
• Maintaining nursing documentation as well as ensuring complete and professional documentation
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives, therapists as well as other internal and external specialist agencies

What you bring with you -

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF, Fachfrau/-mann Langzeitpflege or Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe) - preferably also with corresponding professional experience
• Sense of responsibility, independence and a reliable way of working
• Good communication skills and good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of digital working tools and electronic nursing documentation
