Your main responsibilities

• Perform the disassembly and analysis of spindles to be overhauled (mechanical spindles, electro-spindles and high-frequency spindles)
• Diagnose the condition of components and define overhaul needs
• Carry out the assembly of new products and the reassembly of overhaul spindles, according to current technical standards
• Balance and perform spindle run-in during product validation phases
• Perform dynamic measurements and validate spindle performance, before and after overhaul
• Write measurement reports and technical documentation
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of the work performed, on a protocol basis

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC in Polymécanicien / Micromécanicien (or training deemed related)
• Experience in precision assembly (an asset)
• Sense of analysis, strong team spirit, rigorous and autonomous
• Interest and ability to go beyond the strict framework of the position (for example to perform spindle grinding work, manufacturing or retouching of small series parts / prototyping, participate in the continuous improvement of methods, -)
• Be a force of proposal and partnership
