Then this position is made for you! You transform buildings and living spaces into places that are not only functional, but also pleasant and inspiring. As a concierge, you play a key role: you maintain everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site. Your tasks: ### • Maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces of buildings • Maintenance of green spaces • Execute inspection tasks autonomously • Manage maintenance and upkeep activities • Handle various requests and small repairs • Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets • Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies • Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors • Manage small repair projects • Snow removal • Technical on-call duty according to schedule Your profile: ### • CFC agent d'exploitation or an equivalent title • Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technicality) • Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites • Proficiency in French • Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Driver's license mandatory (service car provided) • Autonomy, Reactivity, Management of priorities, Good communication • Interpersonal and service skills • Ability to work alone or in a team Ready for us?
