Tasks

• Driving fast freight trains from Wangen bei Olten or Schafisheim
• Diverse route journeys throughout Switzerland depending on language skills
• Operation of modern locomotives
• Train preparation and cargo control
• Execution of demanding shunting maneuvers with innovative and modern vehicles
• Safe application and compliance with regulations, railCare/SBB-I execution provisions, and laws

Requirements

• trained Train Driver of category B
• independent, flexible, responsible as well as high performance and commitment
• readiness for shift work, assignments from Mo-So, as well as on public holidays
• very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
• technical understanding or training in a technical environment is an advantage
• readiness to expand personal expertise through further training
