Job Description ##

• Support and expansion of existing customer relationships in the industrial environment
• Active acquisition of new customers and development of new market potentials
• Technical advice for our customers and development of individual solutions
• Accompanying the entire sales process - from the first inquiry to the successful conclusion
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Execution of customer visits and technical presentations
• Close cooperation with the internal service, the technical department and other internal specialist departments
• Observation of market and industry trends as well as identification of new business opportunities
• Maintenance of customer and sales data in the CRM system

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed technical training, ideally in the industrial or mechanical environment
• At least 3 years of professional experience in technical sales / field service
• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment in communicating technical contexts understandably
• Strong sales, customer-oriented and convincing personality
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Negotiation skills and strong communication skills
• Confident and professional appearance with customers
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Kat. B
