To complement our team in the St. Gallen area, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80 – 100% immediately or by arrangement.

In this responsible role, you will actively shape the everyday life of our clients, ensure need-oriented care, and work closely with relatives.

Your Tasks

• Implementation of need-oriented, demand-based, and professional care of the clients at home according to the care plan
• Independent implementation of need-oriented planning and design of everyday life and the living situation together with the clients and relatives
• Support or takeover of household management
• Careful and complete maintenance of the nursing documentation
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination with external persons and agencies
• Assumption of additional tasks in planning and coordination if interested and with appropriate qualification

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Sound nursing expertise and interest in professional and personal development
• High social competence with commitment to constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional cooperation
• Independent and responsible way of working in a complex environment
• Very good IT user knowledge, valid driver's license Cat. B
