Nursing assistant in home care (m/f) 100 %

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
Providing personalized care tailored to the needs of the patient;
Ensuring a care round independently
Ensuring the traceability of care and essential information for the person's care;
Participating in the assessment of the person's needs in order to establish a precise care plan;
Working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team

To succeed fully in this position, you distinguish yourself by the following qualities and skills:
You hold a Nursing Assistant diploma;
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant;
You have a first successful experience in home care;
You have good knowledge regarding the Genevan or Swiss care network - an asset;
You are organized, flexible and adaptable;
You are comfortable with IT tools;
You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable on a bicycle;
The autonomous management of an emergency situation does not scare you, you are in control of your emotions;
You know how to demonstrate great interpersonal skills and discretion;
Your criminal record is clean.
