Requirement Profile ##

• Degree as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, DN II, AKP or Bachelor Pflege FH
• Ideally experience in long-term care and in dealing with people with dementia
• Willingness to take on responsibility and get actively involved
• Professional, creative, and solution-oriented way of working
• Flexible, motivated, and team-oriented personality
• Resident-oriented attitude and joy in working with older people
• Very good oral and written German skills

• Professional care and support of residents in long-term care
• Accompanying and advising relatives
• Ensuring the care process and a high quality of care
• Independent organization of the residential area within the framework of day management
• Supporting the team with nursing and medical tasks
• Taking on teaching and instructional tasks
• Participation in current knowledge management
