Job description

You will be responsible for the proper execution of construction sites as well as the operational management of your team.

Your main missions:

• Supervise and manage a team (work organization, performance monitoring)
• Perform substrate preparation work (sanding, shot blasting, repair, demolition)
• Apply different resin and epoxy systems in compliance with technical standards
• Ensure the quality of achievements, compliance with deadlines, and safety rules
• Manage equipment and supplies on site
• Be the main contact person for the client on site

Profile sought

• Proven experience in resin / epoxy floor coverings
• Experience in team management indispensable
• Experience in demolition work and substrate preparation
• Experience in screed is a real asset
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and leadership
• Rigor, precision, and attention to quality work
• Good physical condition
• Driving license mandatory
• Mastery of French (oral and written)
