tasks

• you manage your own portfolio of co-ownership and condominiums holistically, whereby you also plan and independently conduct meetings with the owners
• communication with the apartment owners, caretakers, authorities and tradespeople is part of your versatile area of responsibility, as is monitoring the properties for their structural condition
• the focus is on condominium associations, whereby the management of rental properties is also partly included
• you accompany maintenance and renovation projects, obtain offers and award contracts
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 50 and 100%

requirements

• you have several years of professional experience in the management of properties, preferably with condominiums
• further training as an immobilienbewirtschafterin FA / zum immobilienbewirtschafter FA (or in training for this) is an advantage
• knowledge of the software rimo r5 is desirable, but not required
• do you describe yourself as a well-organized, communicative personality with social competence and a winning appearance?
