• Advising and serving our walk-in customers as well as managing the team customer portfolio in the topics of numbers, saving, investing and provisioning
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potentials through active and continuous support as well as referral to the responsible specialists
• Perspectives for further development in customer advisory
• Close cooperation with a dedicated team and active contribution to successful customer care
• Supporting the team in the management and maintenance of our ATMs as well as ensuring their reliable function for our customers

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed banking training or experience in a comparable function in customer advisory
• Strong customer- and sales-oriented thinking and acting as well as enjoyment of personal customer contact
• Open, sympathetic and communicative personality
