Real Estate Accountant (50-80%)

Introduction

For our client, an established company in the field of real estate management, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual as a Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will take over the management of your own real estate portfolio and ensure the correct processing of all accounting processes.

Tasks

• Independent management of the property accounting for an assigned real estate portfolio
• Preparation of property closings for rental properties
• Preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
• Cooperation in debt collection and reminders
• Processing of inquiries from tenants and owners as well as general administrative tasks

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training in the field of accounting or sound knowledge in property accounting
• Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
• Confident, professional appearance as well as negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong service orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
