• You coordinate and resolve technical support cases with the clients' IT services and our internal specialized departments.
• As a technical project manager, you integrate our software products into the varied physical and virtual IT environments of our clients.
• Thanks to your expertise, you are able to analyze, resolve malfunctions and, in the case of complex situations, find solutions in a team or with the internal development team.
• As an IT interlocutor, you will represent our company to clients and contribute significantly to our success through your analyses and decisions.
• Thanks to your extensive knowledge of the IT environments of different companies, you actively participate in the development of our software and help test the technical components regarding integration at the client's site.

What you bring

• Completed training in IT, professional experience an asset.
• Great interest in IT topics.
• Enjoyment of client contact and consulting.
• You are ready to make an extra effort for the client.
• You will personally convince with great personal initiative, reliability, a structured way of working and a customer orientation.
• You like to pass on your knowledge to your team colleagues.
• Proficiency in German at a professional level, knowledge of French is an advantage.
