We are looking for the new renowned restaurant x1291 ächt.guet. a cook with excellent professional skills in high-end Swiss gastronomy. If you are a committed person who likes to relieve the host/chef de cuisine in all areas and who likes to enthuse customers, we look forward to receiving your application.

Job requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook CFC
• A few years of professional experience in high-end gastronomy
• Affinity for fresh and high-quality raw materials

Field of activity

• Responsible for a smooth and clean workflow in the kitchen
• Preparation of dishes in compliance with HACCP/GHP standards
• Autonomous management of the station
• Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and directives

Personal requirements

• Passion for the profession including customer-oriented thinking
• Neat appearance
• Reliable and responsible
• Fluent command of German (Swiss)
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
