Medical Practice Assistant Cardiology
50 %

Tasks

• You receive the patients.
• You support the physicians and the nursing staff during examinations and medical measures.
• You perform administrative tasks related to patient files, invoicing, and appointments.
• You revise and send consultation reports.
• You coordinate the use of the rooms depending on the needs of the users.
• You take care of the management of stocks as well as the cleanliness in the rooms and consultation rooms.

Profile

• EFZ as MPA or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in the healthcare sector
• French with very good German skills
• Excellent mastery of common IT programs (MS Office)
• Mastery of hospital software (Polypoint, MedFolio) is an advantage
