L-EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1-000 beds. The organization allows for the effective combination of a local approach and an overview, guaranteeing the population a global and local hospital offering, regardless of where the services are requested. Thanks to the commitment and competence of the over 6-500 collaborators and their attention toward human relationships, l-EOC ensures quality healthcare by taking care of over 41'000 inpatients per year and providing over 600'000 outpatient consultations. To complete our Patient Management Service team at the Ospedale Regionale di Lugano, Ospedale Civico site, we are looking for a Receptionist - switchboard operator (60%) # Profile: ## Person with excellent organizational and communicative skills, able to respond to numerous requests with courtesy and speed. The future collaborator is able to manage various activities simultaneously, is technically skilled and comfortable with new technologies and innovations in general. Knows how to manage their own time effectively by concentrating their efforts based on priorities. Reliability, availability and courtesy, together with a particular sensitivity in trying to satisfy user requests, complete the required profile. Necessary requirements: ## • excellent knowledge of the Italian language, German and/or English • federal certificate of commerce AFC • flexibility and availability for shift work according to service needs (day, evening, Saturday and holiday shifts) • good command of the main IT systems and predisposition towards the use of internal programs and applications • aptitude for teamwork A diploma from a hotel school or as an Operator for communication with customers AFC, as well as experience in the front-office and/or in managing a corporate telephone switchboard, will constitute a preferential qualification.
